Shipping Policy

Orders placed on our website are shipped through trusted logistics partners to all regions of Brazil and internationally. Orders will be dispatched within up to 4 business days after payment confirmation is received from the responsible payment processor.

To check the shipping cost and estimated delivery time, select the items you wish to purchase and click on “Add to Cart.” Then, enter your address. Shipping cost and delivery time will be calculated automatically.

Please note:

- The delivery time begins only after the payment is approved. You will be notified by email once your payment is confirmed.
- All orders are subject to data verification and approval, which may take additional time before payment confirmation.

 

Payment Policy

The estimated delivery time stated in the order begins after the payment is confirmed, which varies according to the payment method:

- Credit Card: between four (4) and seventy-two (72) business hours
- Pix (Brazilian instant payment): within one hour (available only in Brazil)
- Bank Slip (Boleto): after processing, which may take up to 2 business days

If your order is urgent, we recommend paying via Credit Card or Pix for faster confirmation.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In some areas, deliveries may occur on Saturdays during business hours. If no one is available to receive the order, or if address or recipient confirmation is required, or in cases where the package is held for inspection by relevant authorities, the delivery timeline may be paused.

Shipping occurs within 1 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary according to the carrier’s policies.
