Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will provide a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Demages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect the return and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Warranty
We offer a 90 (ninety) days warranty against manufacturing defects on all our products. In case of breakage, detachment, or any other issue related to material quality or manufacturing, we will replace the part at no additional cost.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, improper exposure to moisture, or excessive heat.
